there are three types of unscientific breakfast as fllows.
1.random: most breakfast are the leftovers of yesterday,eat the food only if there is,this way can’t guarantee the quantity and nutrition.
2. only proteins:only a glass of milk or a fried egg,a little or no sugar.The children that eat this kind of breakfast will keep the blood in a relative stability,and can’t think fast,and have a bad memory.
3.only carbohydrates:just eat steamed bread,rice,and lack of proteins. Such children will start high blood glucose levels, thinking active, energetic, but blood glucose levels drop quickly, can cause the thinking and memory capacity continues to decline.
suggestion:Breakfast should include grains, vegetables, fruits, meat and dairy,do not use the milk beverage to replace the milk.Change the type of breakfast often.Parents should eat breakfast with children together every day.
