Recession is at its peak, lay-offs and financial security are on edge. Can you still formulate a plan without the fear of starvation? Many of us are using this as a time to recess. Time was never on our side more to get back in top shape, we never had an opportunity where the eating out lifestyle was coming to a stand still. All of us agreed that it was bad for a healthy lifestyle but nobody took it seriously before the liquidity crunch took us by surprise.
All the best things: If you take a look around then you’ll find that the best things in life are free. The fresh air we breathe, the soul enriching smell of plants and trees, the tap water and the sea breeze, all of them don’t cost us anything, they are still in vast abundance. If we look closely healthiest food items are also still readily available and are not struck by recession at large. People still prefer to smoke rather than enjoying fresh air. They claim that they do so because of the compulsion they feel due to depression. Science on the other hand proves that the moment you feel depressed or nervous just start breathing evenly, things will normalize and you will feel better with a more suitable mindset to solve your problems.
Eat Regularly: Eating on time is part of budget. You stay away from undue craving or the urge to satisfy it. You biological clock will remind and tick as soon as your daily eating time will get close. This will also keep you away from impulsive raid on fast food outlets. All the bulges in your body will also disappear. Eating on time is one habit that is going to keep you healthy for a very long time.
Eat Tasty: Stay away from synthetically grown stuff, not only do they malnutrition you but they also don’t satisfy your hunger for taste. This means that you will later crave to satisfy your taste buds on things like chocolate, coffee, sweets or cigarette (if you are a smoker). Taste is a vital element to our life, health and diet. Studies have proven that things that you like to eat directly effect your body, contrary to those you just eat to stay healthy and fit.
Eat Moderately: When you eat several small meals a day it will not only keep you healthy but it will also keep you away from one big meal which is normally more expensive than fruits or salads. Even if you are opting for a full meal (as it doesn’t satisfy your craving) go ahead have it, but try to stay hungry while you end it, which means you didn’t over eat.
Eating Healthy: Studies have proven that while you deprive your body from eating it will create a long-term urge to raid food. When you switch back to normal after your stipulated span of time, your craving for food will become uncontrollable. Studies have also revealed that no matter what kind of diet plan you choose, after losing weight and in a year’s time, you’ll gain twice what you had lost. So do yourself a favor, your health, fitness and your sex life will also be effected negatively by hard-core dieting techniques. Make sure you eat, but eat healthy less greasy stuff. Fresh fruits and vegetables won’t have any negative effects on you. Avoid bakery stuff as much as possible.
