Run to fitness!

Health and fitness is different. A fit person can not necessarily be healthy and vice versa. Running is a physical exercise that is par meditation or spirituality. It’s a natural way of staying healthy, fit, keeping your nerves intact and reflexes ready for action. It’s a hobby, a socializing activity and best of all the easiest way to stay active. Your washroom to your balcony from your treadmill to the jogging tracks, you can do it anywhere. Many regimens like mixed martial arts, swimming, squash, rowing may be relatively considered better ways to stay fit, but none of them are as easy to implement as running.

Why running? Running is a fitness passion that has weathered all the due courses of time, it was a fashion yesterday and with research in shoes technology and related gears going on; this fashion is not ever going to go out. It works evenly on your body, keeping you agile for any task at any part of the day.

Metabolism: It brings activity to every part of the body, just like cycling it gives momentum to every cell. Any movement they say is life, you feel better, you maintain your blood pressure, your digestion, your sleep everything gets in routine.

Circulation: Blood is the centre of your life, and is pumped by your heart. All the energy is fresh and constantly changing when heart pumps blood in your body, this circulation is a result of the increase in blood-pressure due to physical exertion created by running.

Cardio-respiratory: Breathing is another value of a healthy lifestyle. It keeps your heart healthy as a result of physical strain of running. Your body needs more breathing to survive and then it creates stamina through occasional breaks and rests.

Breathing: Mixed martial artists use breathing to heal wounds and injuries instantly. They stop feeling pain the moment they regularize breathing process, because they can control their breathing and thus blood gushes to that particular part of body. Running steadily gains your breathing tempo. Evenness and regularity improves your nervous system.

All in motion: Jogging brings every part of the body is in motion. Therefore activity in every movement is being passed on to the every other part.

Calorie burning: Running burns calories faster and easier than any other way. And if coupled with adequate eating habits can work wonders in the favor of the runner.

Overall endurance: Muscle strength, endurance and flexibility; running brings all areas of endurance into play.

Ease of access: You can run anywhere you like. Stationary jogging, on tread mill or merely brisk walking, you will never ever find an excuse to skip running. Laziness can only be the reason nothing else.
