Nowadays,there are more and more people that cherish bed,especially in the holidays.All the people that cherish bed will have the following feelings:while the time on the bed arises, the mental will feel bad and the body feels tired.
2. Older people get up and urinate
after wake up,maybe the bladder has filled with urine,and you want micturition,at this time,you shouldn’t rise and urinate,especially for the older people,rise up and urinate should be avoided. The reason is that empty bladder can cause dizziness,even appear micturition syncope.
3. do strenuous exercise on waking up
many people have the habit that doing sports exercise after get up,yes,it’s good to your health.But,before you begin to do sports,you should have a rest for a while.
If you do strenuous exercise when you get up without doing preparing excercise,it is easy to heart ,cerebrovascular accident.
4.don’t eat breakfast
If you don’t eat breakfast(I don’t care the reason),then it may hurt your brain,because you don’t have the enough energy.
